Job summary

Five Below in Louisville is seeking a CO supervisor to help oversee daily store operations, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will support onboarding and help managers run the floor.

The role requires at least a high school graduate, 1 year of management experience, and strong communication. Flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew provide WOW customer service at checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations.
• Opens/closes the store and secures cash and doors.
