Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates to ensure they perform duties with excellent service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, and sets alarms for smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Performs store maintenance tasks including cleaning and stock-room organization.
