Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Kentucky, oversee stock handling, merchandising, guest service, and overall store performance. You will be responsible for opening/closing, supervising associates, and ensuring policies are followed to deliver a wow shopping experience.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of management experience, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor
• Manages setup and maintenance of store displays and promotions
• Handles opening/closing duties including cash, doors, and alarms
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising operations and staff
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and training of new hires
• Drives store sales, optimizes merchandising, and controls expenses
• Executes market plan with proper signage and updated promotions
• Ensures Inventory Integrity processes are followed
