Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) is seeking a Retail Store Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and coach team members to deliver exceptional donor and customer service. You will manage inventory, banking, and reporting while ensuring brand standards and safety policies are followed.

The role requires at least one year in retail management and strong MS Office skills, with a focus on achieving growth and maintaining a welcoming, high-performing store environment.

Qualifications

• One year of retail management experience preferred.
• One year of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for profit, revenue, and production.
• Lead and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain store standards, safety, and brand image.
• Manage daily paperwork, banking, and inventory reports.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive store performance and culture.
