Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations, drive revenue, and manage production at a GCNA location in Scottsdale. You will supervise store team members, ensure excellent donor and customer service, and maintain store standards to reflect the Goodwill brand.

The role requires 1 year of retail management and 1 year of customer service experience, with travel to other GCNA locations for support and training as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience in retail management required
• 1-year customer service experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor to meet income and production goals
• Monitor product levels and back stock to hit sales budgets
• Manage payroll and operating costs within budget
• Ensure excellent customer service for donors and customers
• De-escalate customer situations and resolve issues
• Travel to GCNA locations to assist other stores and training sessions
