Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales floor operations and drive growth while ensuring exceptional donor and customer service.

You will manage staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance in a fast-paced retail environment, with travel to other GCNA locations as needed.

Starting pay is $47,000 per year with a monthly performance bonus up to $1,000, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor.
• Will need to travel to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend training.
