Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the sales floor, drive store performance, and achieve set goals across GCNA locations.

Responsibilities include executing operations plans, mentoring staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards while coordinating with leadership and store teams to meet daily, weekly, and quarterly targets in Fort Mohave, AZ.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
• Make day-to-day operation decisions within defined area.
• Conduct new goods inventory and proper reporting.
• Balance all daily paperwork.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalate customer situations and involve upper management as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day operations and meet Team Member needs.
• Ensure stores are clean and reflect the Goodwill brand.
• Transfer staff between stores as needed.
• Mentor and train Retail Sales Associates.
• Oversee security, health and safety compliance.
