Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the daily operations of the sales floor at a GCNA store. You will oversee customer service, inventory control, and staff development to meet store targets and uphold the Goodwill mission.

Responsibilities include managing payroll and expenses, coordinating with support areas, and traveling between GCNA locations for support and training. Strong leadership and 1 year in retail management are required.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management required.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals for operating income, revenue, and production.
• Monitors product levels daily to achieve bottom line sales budget against targets.
• Ensures payroll costs and operating costs are managed to budget.
• Leads the day-to-day operations of the sales floor and supervises store team members.
• Travels to other GCNA locations to assist stores and attend trainings.
