Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales-floor operations, drive revenue, and manage inventories across multiple GCNA locations. You will supervise team members, monitor budgets, and ensure exceptional donor and customer service while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least one year in retail management, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel to other GCNA stores is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• One-year work experience in Retail Management.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the sales floor, achieving income, revenue, and production goals.
• Monitor product levels and inventory to meet budget targets.
• Manage payroll and operating costs to budget.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• De-escalate customer issues and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of store, reflecting Goodwill brand.
