Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader to deliver WOW experiences to customers and lead daily store operations. You will train associates, oversee staff performance, and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise to ensure rapid, accurate placement on the sales floor.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. The position is hourly and entry-level leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and monitors performance.
• Receives, unpacks, and stocks new merchandise on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and issues.
• Opens/closes the store, handles cash, and secures the premises.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales, manages expenses, and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Maintains store facilities and coordinates with leadership on recovery.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
