Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance quality.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and organizing new stock for the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, doors, alarms and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and related procedures.
• Performs routine store maintenance and safety checks.
