Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable store leader to ensure a WOW customer experience at the Alexandria location. You will train staff, manage daily operations, and support open/close procedures to keep stores running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates, ensuring duties are performed and customer service is excellent.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing process, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and policy knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
