Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent and handles cash/register operations.
• Manages returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as needed.
• Delivers customer service to create a distinctive and engaging shopping experience.
• Assists with inventory, pricing changes, and displays according to policy.
• Supports back-office tasks including housekeeping, upkeep, and compliance with store procedures.
