Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Acts as liaison when store management is not present.
• Performs price changes and signage to support accurate pricing.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms.
• Supports backroom operations, vendor deliveries, and displays.
