Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance and customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and takes responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partners with the store leadership team on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance tasks as needed.
