Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Trains the crew on the BE ST customer service experience and ensures guests have a fast, friendly checkout experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff, customer service, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing, cash security, alarm setup, and daily prep for smooth operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and product knowledge.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks on a daily basis.
