Job summary

Five Below is seeking a store crew supervisor in California to lead customer service excellence on the sales floor and assist with daily operations. You will train crew members on best practices, help manage stock, and support opening/closing procedures to ensure a smooth daily routine.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Able to stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure effective performance and excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, and prepare for daily operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and product knowledge.
