Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Michigan. You will manage crew, train staff, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience for every guest while maintaining inventory and merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, responsible for store operations and staff management.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
