Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on portfolio by presenting options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and handle customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer calls for sales and compliance with regulations.
• Handle currency and cash operations, balance batches at end of day.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
