Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the full product portfolio and options.
• Escalate complex issues to store manager or corporate office as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with customer applications or issues.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins; manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
