Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Own reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager and corporate office when needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate end-of-day reports.
• Complete compliance trainings and quarterly requirements.
