Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to serve as a front-line brand ambassador and uphold regulatory excellence. You will drive outstanding customer service, manage cash handling, and supervise daily store operations with integrity.

The role requires experience in sales, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time on-site position supporting multiple brands within the CNG family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own transportation, valid Driver’s License and Automobile Insurance.
• Commitment to core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio to meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager, DDO, and corporate office when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with customer applications and requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle and count currency; balance batch receipts and assist with discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete trainings.
