Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure regulatory compliance across our suite of financial services brands.

The role emphasizes frontline brand representation, cash handling, and team coordination, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and reliable transportation to serve multiple stores within the district, including travel as necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure, this may not include public transportation, transportation from family or friends, must maintain a valid Driver's License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company
• Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace our core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district director when unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications and requests.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Respond professionally to customers and ensure they feel supported.
• Interact with customers to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash, and coins and manage cash drawer and deposits.
• Balance batch receipts with store sales reports and resolve discrepancies.
• Process all transactions per company policy, including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings on time.
• Other duties as assigned.
