Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own transportation with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product portfolio by presenting options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district leadership when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and respond to customer questions or applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations and procedures.
• Process transactions accurately per company policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Interact with customers with professional, respectful communication.
