Responsibilities include educating customers on product options, handling cash operations, processing transactions, and ensuring the store meets company standards. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or cash handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and help select best fit.
• Escalate unresolved issues to store manager, DDO or corporate office.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Handle currency and balance cash drawer; assist with deposits.
• Process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings and related tasks.
