Responsibilities

• Ensures crew delivers WOW Customer service with fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and maintains service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep shelves ready.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close responsibilities including cash handling, locks, and alarms.
• Onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization.
