Job summary

Five Below in Decatur, AL is seeking a capable Retail Crew Supervisor to guide store operations, train associates, and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will act as Manager on Duty, oversee opening/closing, and partner with leadership to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service excellence.
• Trains crew on the customer service experience and checkout process.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for quick shelf placement.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations and safety.
• Manages opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and security checks.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates and compliance with policies.
