Job summary

Five Below is seeking a qualified candidate for a Store Manager in a fast-paced environment in the United States. The role focuses on leading crew, delivering WOW customer service, and managing daily store operations.

Responsibilities include training, stock organization, opening/closing duties, and driving sales while controlling expenses. On-site leadership with a strong emphasis on team development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact; train on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff management.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and customer service.
• Partner with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance (garbage, cleaning, stock room).
