Five Below is seeking a capable store manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver WOW experiences to every guest. You will oversee daily operations, train associates, and ensure outstanding customer service in a dynamic, budget-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow the customer through personal contact and train the crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and customer service is excellent.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Manage opening or closing the store, secure cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on store policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance duties such as cleaning and organizing the stock room.
