Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking a capable manager for our storefront in the United States. You will lead crew members, ensure top-tier customer service, and oversee daily operations from opening to closing.

This role involves training associates, managing stock, and driving sales while controlling expenses. The position emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Creative thinking.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowl the customer through personal contact and train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on sales floor.
• Act as Manager on Duty and take responsibility for store operations and staff.
• Manage opening/closing duties including cash, doors, alarms, and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses via merchandising and staff performance.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
