CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships, rent units, and handle payments at a district level. You will tour properties, ensure smooth daily operations, and provide a safe, clean facility while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, customer-focused professionals with basic computer skills and the ability to work Saturdays.

Formación

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Meet monthly sales goals and rent units, and interact face-to-face with customers.
• Walk the property for daily operational tasks and manage leasing, payments, and deposits.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Work independently and with the team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
