Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by assisting customers and providing product information while upholding merchandising standards.
• Lead inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes to keep the store fast, accurate, and athlete-ready.
• Model and coach store teammates; manage schedules, onboarding, and performance discussions.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; ensure policy compliance across the team.
