Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Team Captain of Operations to lead store performance across merchandising, pricing and signage while guiding inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom processes. You’ll coach and develop the team to deliver a consistent athlete-ready experience on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by guiding merchandising, pricing, and signage execution.
• Build schedules, hire and onboard teammates, and manage performance reviews and development.
• Oversee safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while achieving store goals.
• Lead day-to-day operations, including openings/closings, front-end tasks, and stockroom activities.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver accurate, efficient operations and strong teamwork.
