CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will develop customer relationships, identify self‑storage needs, and ensure a standout customer experience.

You will be responsible for daily operational tasks, leasing, payments, and achieving monthly sales goals while working both independently and as part of a team. Equal opportunity employer and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend and climb as needed.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self‑storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, delivering excellent service and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self‑storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process and processing payments.
