Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering exceptional customer service and handling daily operations.

You will interact with customers, meet sales and leasing goals, and perform maintenance duties to keep the facility clean and safe. The role requires weekend availability and a reliable vehicle with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and ability to engage with a diverse client base.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships and identifying self-storage needs while delivering an outstanding experience.
• Interact face to face with customers and build rapport to hit monthly goals.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, and process payments via POS.
• Make courtesy calls regarding late payments and complete daily deposits.
