CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within the district, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring well-maintained facilities. You will handle leasing, payments, and daily tasks to meet performance targets.

The role emphasizes a strong customer-centric approach, reliability, and the ability to work independently and with a team in a dynamic storage environment across multiple locations in the district.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
• Maintain clean, safe facility and grounds per company guidelines.
