Job summary

CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer interactions, promote self-storage solutions, and support daily store operations. You will engage customers, tour units, and help drive rental metrics while maintaining a safe, clean facility.

Role requires friendly, proactive communication, basic computer skills, and weekend availability. Transportation and valid insurance are needed for property access and operations.

• Walk the property for daily tasks, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Rent units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, process payments and POS deposits.
