Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a well-run facility across the district. You will build relationships, process leases, and support daily operations from scheduling to payments.

The role emphasizes day hours with possible Saturday work, a focus on safety and cleanliness, and opportunities to grow within the company across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS, completing daily deposits, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
• Maintaining facility, clean restrooms, landscaping, and parking areas; ensuring safety and tidiness.
