CubeSmart is hiring for a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and daily store tasks across the district. You will assist customers, process leasing and payments, and ensure a clean, secure storage environment.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Ability to work Saturdays and support store operations.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Interact with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Manage leasing, merchandise sales, POS payments, daily deposits, and courtesy calls for late payments.
• Daily property walks, cleaning units and grounds, opening/closing doors (up to 50 lbs).
• Maintain facility by mopping, sweeping, changing bulbs, cleaning units.
• Keep facility clean and safe to meet company guidelines.
