CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate in Brockton, MA. You will manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering standout customer service and handling leasing, payments, and daily tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily deposits, and contacting customers about late payments.
