CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage daily store tasks and deliver a standout customer experience.

You’ll handle leasing, payments, and basic maintenance, while meeting monthly sales goals. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality and passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Ability to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
• Access to personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
