CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Associate in New Bedford, MA. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining daily store operations to meet sales and service targets.

You will interact with customers, show units, process payments, and ensure a clean, safe facility. The position requires weekend availability and a valid driver’s license, with competitive pay reflecting your experience.

Qualifications

• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
