Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage two key areas: customer service and property maintenance within your district. You will develop customer relationships, meet sales goals, and handle leasing, payments, and store operations.

The role emphasizes daily property walks, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation while delivering a standout customer experience. Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver's license with insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Interacting face-to-face with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks (lock checks, showing units).
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing leasing, processing payments via POS, handling deposits and late-payment calls.
• Performing daily maintenance tasks to keep the facility clean and safe.
