CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage stores within your district, delivering strong customer service and reliable property maintenance. You’ll handle leasing, payments, and daily operations while supporting a safe, organized facility.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, meeting sales goals, and hands-on maintenance tasks. Weekend work may be required; prior customer service and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Maintaining facility including cleanliness of restrooms, landscaping, and office spaces to meet company guidelines.
