Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district, delivering a standout customer experience while meeting monthly sales goals.

You will handle in-person customer interactions, process leasing, payments via POS, perform daily site tasks, and upkeep of facilities, with daytime hours and potential Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and making courtesy calls about late payments.
• Maintaining the facility with cleaning, opening/closing storage doors, and upkeep of restrooms and parking areas.
