Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales goals and service metrics.
• Tour properties for daily operations, lock checks, and show units.
• Handle leasing, payments via POS, deposits, and courtesy calls for late payments.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks on the facility and grounds.
