Job summary

The RealReal in Perth Amboy, NJ is seeking a Store Operations Associate on the Outbound fulfillment team to support transfer requests of high-value merchandise with stores nationwide.

You will perform fulfillment duties, pick inventory with high accuracy, tag items per guidelines, conduct quality inspections, and manage reverse logistics and parcel processing in a climate-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Perform fulfillment duties including picking, tagging, and shipping transfers for each retail location.
• Pick inventory for shipment with 100% accuracy.
• Tag items across product categories following TRR guidelines.
• Conduct quality inspections while preparing inventory for retail locations.
• Handle reverse logistics of inventory for putaway to warehouse standards.
• Process all parcel shipments with the designated carrier.
• Execute general warehousing practices including safety and housekeeping.

About The Role

The Store Operations Associate on the Outbound fulfillment team works directly with TRR retail stores to ensure all transfer requests of high-value merchandise is fulfilled by the warehouse. If you are a detail-oriented team player with a passion for sustainable fashion, this could be the perfect fit!

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Perform all fulfillment duties including picking, tagging, and shipping transfers for each of our retail locations while maintaining service level agreements (SLA)


• Pick inventory for shipment with a 100% accuracy rate


• Tag each item across all product categories following specific TRR retail guidelines


• Conduct quality inspections while handling and preparing inventory for retail locations


• Handle reverse logistics of inventory for putaway to warehouse standards


• Process all parcel shipments with the designated carrier


• Execute general warehousing practices including safety, organization, and housekeeping

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements

• Hourly base pay + incentive pay based on performance/ quota targets achieved

The expected hourly rate for this role is $16-$17.25. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
