Genuine Parts Company is seeking a dedicated Store Operations Analyst to analyze metrics such as RGNs, core accounts, bad debt, and cash variances. The role involves presenting actionable insights to field leadership and working with Loss Prevention and Operations to drive operational improvements.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong Excel skills, and at least five years of analytical experience, preferably within NAPA store operations.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Minimum five years of relevant analytical experience; NAPA store experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and solid Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay calm under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Review store operations data to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations per policy.
• Analyze RGNs, store billings, and cash variances to support resolution plans.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify opportunities and corrective actions.
• Provide data-driven updates to field leadership on discrepancies and credit flows.
• Assist with onboarding of enhanced store and supply chain controls.
