Job summary

Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Operations Analyst to analyze metrics such as RGNs, core accounts, bad debt, and cash variances. You will present actionable insights to field leadership and collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations teams to identify opportunities and develop plans of resolution.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least five years of analytical work experience, with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience and High School Diploma required.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience; Proficient in computer skills, especially Excel.
• Office working environment.

Responsibilities

• Review all store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items as per company policies and procedures.
• Partner with field teams to assess aged RGN trends and discrepancies with weekly updates.
• Review data and trend analysis of AR accounts listed as bad debt and Core Account management.
• Review Pcard activity to ensure field compliance and identify anomalies for Loss Prevention.
• Review cash handling metrics to identify procedural issues with store deposits and COD collections.
