Genuine Parts Company seeks a Store Operations Analyst to review and analyze metrics such as RGNs, bad debt, store billings, cycle counts, and cash variances. The role will present actionable insights to field leadership and collaborate with Loss Prevention and Operations to identify opportunities and plans of resolution.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent, have at least five years of analytical experience, and possess strong Excel skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• High School Diploma required.
• At least five years of relevant analytical work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Review store operations databases to ensure accuracy of reported information.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items as per company policies and procedures.
• Partner with field teams to assess aged RGNs, discrepancies, and provide weekly updates on reconciliations and credit flow.
• Review data and trend analysis of AR accounts listed as bad debt and support Core Account management.
• Review Company Pcard activity to ensure field-level compliance and identify anomalies for Loss Prevention.
• Review cash handling metrics to identify procedural issues with store deposits and daily over/short activity.
